When I was younger, I was searching for the right path – as I’m sure we all do. Some of those paths came to a screeching halt while others seemed to go on in no direction at all. And along the way, I experienced plenty of pitfalls. I risked my life, this one precious life, so very often. One would wonder how I lived through it without any harm. Or did I? I’ve realized through the years that I didn’t get through unscathed – maybe I didn’t suffer physical harm but there is more than just physical…
Throughout most of my life, I have been so fearful – of not finding love, not being good enough, and mostly that my life was never going to amount to anything. I’m in my 40’s now and things are becoming more and more clear. The biggest issue is worth, I have been looking for my worth through myself or others and this has caused countless tears. Truth be known, I am my own worst enemy and maybe you are too.
In all my searching, I’ve been led to the one path that leads to freedom and becoming the woman that I was created to be in this life. On this path, I’ve stumbled and been knocked down a lot. And with strength, not of my own, I have gotten back up each time ready to follow the lead of my Savior. His name…Yeshua (Jesus Christ) the Messiah.
Through Him, Yeshua, I have found the love of God (the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob). His love for you and me is beyond measure!
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16 TLV
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Messiah died for us.” – Romans 5:8 TLV
“and it is no longer I who live, but Messiah lives in me. And the life I now live in the body, I live by trusting in Ben-Elohim (Son of God)—who loved me and gave Himself up for me.” – Galatians 2:20 TLV
“Adonai (Lord) your God is in your midst—a mighty Savior! He will delight over you with joy. He will quiet you with His love. He will dance for joy over you with singing.” – Zephaniah 3:17 TLV
Your worth and my worth come through Yeshua (Jesus Christ), He sacrificed His life for ours to show the true love of God, our Father (look again at above scripture Galatians 2:20). Love, it is what our search is all about on this journey called life.
