What simple changes can you make to support your healthy lifestyle makeover?


1- Starting the day with God – bible study, prayer, a devotional and using a journal. He wants a relationship with you so invest in your time with Him!


2- Drink water throughout the day – if you feel hungry have a glass of water first. We often think we’re hungry when in fact we are thirsty. And instead of automatically going to that soda/soft drink – drink some water first.


3- Add a salad to your midday and evening meals. And for your dressing use – balsamic vinegar or if store bought dressing put it on the side and dip your fork into the dressing before each bite – that way you don’t drown your healthy salad with a lot of extra calories, fat and sugar.

Don’t get overwhelmed with making changes. Change one thing at a time. Small steps equal big victories!
